ABOUT THIS BAR

A calm, grown-up bar on the 2nd floor of G2-dori, open since 2007. The name derives from Xanthippe, wife of Socrates — in Ancient Greek. Strong shochu selection; the frozen-shochu 'Shari-shari Hoppy' is the signature. 6 counter seats plus table seating — relatively spacious for Golden Gai.
