Located on the 2nd floor of the Palace Building in Shinjuku's Golden Gai, Krishna (KRISHUNA) is an exotic lounge bar inspired by India and the Middle East. The interior is adorned with custom-ordered cushions and lamps from Morocco, creating a resort-like atmosphere reminiscent of a foreign palace. With counter seats, sofa seats, and floor seating, the bar welcomes everyone from solo visitors to large groups. The menu features signature Krishna keema curry alongside dishes from Italy, Morocco, Turkey, Indonesia, and beyond, paired with over 100 varieties of drinks including shochu, wine, and cocktails. Belly dance shows are held several times a month, mainly on Tuesdays, making this one of the most uniquely immersive spots in all of Golden Gai. Shisha is also available, catering to every kind of night out.
