A hidden bar on the 2nd floor of G1-dori for quiet enjoyment of single malt whisky and jazz. The name means 'water' in Gaelic, and rare old bottles are part of the inventory. The official X and Instagram often post which jazz album is playing. Open 6pm–late; closed Sundays by default.

Shinjuku Golden Gai is Tokyo's most iconic bar district — 295+ unique bars packed into six narrow alleys in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. A 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station East Exit, next to Hanazono Shrine. Featured in the Michelin Green Guide, it has been a cultural institution since the 1950s.
